Faculty Development Programme
This Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is designed for polishing the teaching and research skills of newly joined as well as existing faculty members and researchers. At CBSA , FDP’s are a regularly conducted to enhance the knowledge and skills of our faculty members.

Faculty Development Programme (June 24th - July 5th 2019). Was conducted on the topic Innovations in Teaching Learning Pedagogy -A Practical Approach to Bridge the Gap between Industry and Academia.
Faculty Development Programme (25th – 28th Feb, 2020) on the topic Research Methodology.
Faculty Development Programme ( 5th - 9th July, 2021) on the topic Innovative Trends in Teaching Learning Process and Research Methods in Accordance with Industry Requirements.
Faculty Development Programme (7th - 9th June, 2022) on the topic Structural Equation Modelling using AMOS.
Faculty Development Programme (13th – 17th June, 2022) on the topic Emerging Trends and Challenges in the Field of Management.
Faculty Development Programme (20th - 24th June, 2022) on the topic Machine Learning Using Python.
Faculty Development Programme (18th - 22nd July, 2022) on the topic Innovation, Challenges and Preparedness for the New Education Policy.
Faculty Development Programme (29th May - 2nd June, 2023) on the topic Emerging trends and challenges in the field of Management Education and Innovative research Methodology.

Faculty Development Programme on the topic – A roadmap for Holistic , Multidisciplinary and Future- Ready Higher Education was successfully conducted from 23rd -27th June, 2025 by Chandigarh Business School of Administration.
Chandigarh Business School of Administration successfully concluded a one-week Faculty Development Programme on Contemporary Trends in Business and Management: Tools & Techniques with great enthusiasm from 30th June, 2025 to 4th July, 2025.
