Department of Commerce organized a session titled "How to Plan for Start-ups and Legal & Ethical
Steps," featuring Anish Kumar (CEO & Co-founder) and Diptansh Pandey (CMO & Co-founder) from
AGI Innovations Makes360 Private Limited as the esteemed speakers. The session aimed to equip
students with essential knowledge on entrepreneurship, focusing on the step-by-step process of launching
a start-up, legal formalities and ethical considerations crucial for business sustainability. The speakers
discussed key aspects such as idea validation, market research, funding options and business registration
and taxation policies. They emphasized the importance of maintaining transparency, ethical leadership
and compliance with legal norms to build a credible and successful business. Drawing from their own
entrepreneurial journey, they shared real-world challenges and strategies for overcoming obstacles in the
competitive market. The interactive session encouraged student participation, allowing them to seek
guidance on their start-up ideas. More than 90 students from B.COM (H) and M.COM participated in the
event. By the end of the session, participants gained valuable insights into the practical and legal
dimensions of entrepreneurship, enhancing their understanding of start-up ecosystems and the
significance of ethical business practices.
