Brief details of the event highlights: DCA, CBSA organized a workshop on topic “Intellectual Property” on 11th November, 2022. The aim of this event was to provide a platform to discuss innovation and creativity in the areas of technology, sciences, and humanities will be fostered by nurturing new ideas along with creation and promotion of IPR in College.
Student Feedback: Students attended the session and benefited from the talk. The session provides knowledge about patenting and its various aspects. Students were also guided to how to file patent and legal requirements before filing the patent. Students participated in a very enthusiastic way and the talk received an overwhelming response.

Learning Outcomes: Students were inspired about the current IPR market trends for budding computer graduates/postgraduates. They got knowledge about the importance of IPR which is critical to fostering innovation. Without protection of ideas, businesses and individuals would not reap the full benefits of their inventions.
