Chandigarh Group of Colleges in collaboration with HR Department and Chandigarh Business School of Administration organised the Five-Day Faculty Development Programme on “Trailblazing Emerging Trends in Teaching and Learning Practices aligned with NEP 2020”. The FDP witnessed the enthusiastic participation of newly joined and recent faculty members. The programme combined institutional orientation, professional development, technology integration, research, leadership, and sustainability to familiarize participants with the academic and administrative ecosystem of CGC Landran. The valedictory session was held on 4 July 2026, marking the successful culmination of the FDP. A certificate distribution ceremony was organized during the session, where more than 75 participants were awarded certificates in recognition of their successful completion of the programme. Throughout the five-day FDP, a series of insightful sessions were conducted by distinguished internal and external resource persons, who shared their expertise, experiences, and best practices on contemporary trends in teaching and learning.
