The HR QUIZ was an interactive and engaging activity for students all semesters of Department of Business Administration . This educational activity focused on HR knowledge, policies, and best practices, fostering a deeper understanding of the HR function and encouraging team collaboration. The quiz consisted of 3 rounds, including multiple-choice, true/false, and scenario-based questions.
Participants competed in teams to answer questions related to HR policies, labor laws, company culture, and employee welfare using presentation displayed by projector and scoreboard was maintained for the same.The quiz was moderated by HR club core team.
Top 2 teams of three members each were awarded with prizes and certificates by Director-Principal CBSA Dr Ramandeep Saini and HOD-Department of Business Administration Dr. Preeti Sharma.
Students gained knowledge in areas such as hiring and recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and workforce planning. The quiz covered various HR theories and models, including those related to human resource development Participants develop the ability to analyze HR scenarios, apply HR concepts, and move beyond simple memorization to understand the deeper implications of HR policies. .
