Department of Business Administration, CBSA, organized a workshop on āIdea to Impact
Unlocking Start-up Potentialā on 19th March, 2025 for BBA students with the aim of
empowering entrepreneurs and start-up enthusiasts with the knowledge, tools, and strategies
to transform their ideas into successful and impactful businesses. The event was designed to
cater to those at the early stages of their entrepreneurial journey, helping them navigate the
challenges of turning an idea into a tangible, thriving start-up.
The event started with an inspiring speech by Ms. Harsween Kaur, an influential figure in the
startup ecosystem. The address highlighted the evolving landscape for startups and the
importance of fostering innovation and growth. Ms. Harsween Kaur, an expert from Wonder
Automation Training Division, provided a thorough overview of how to systematically turn a
business idea into a well executed venture. The Management Games event was conducted on
20th March 2025 by Department of Business Administration, CBSA with an aim to provide
students and aspiring entrepreneurs with an engaging and interactive platform to apply their
theoretical knowledge in real-world business scenarios. The primary objective of the event
was to enhance participantsā problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills in a
dynamic and competitive environment.
