The Department of Commerce, Chandigarh Business School of Administration (CBSA), organized an Inter Department Competition on āStart-Up Sparkā on Wednesday, 26th August 2026. The objective of the competition was to encourage students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and business acumen by providing them with a platform to present and discuss their business ideas. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students, with 10 teams presenting their innovative business ideas before the judges and fellow participants. The participating teams presented their ideas with a focus on identifying business opportunities, addressing market needs, and developing viable entrepreneurial solutions. The winners were felicitated by Dr. Seema Saini, HOD, Department of Commerce, as a token of appreciation for their outstanding performance and innovative business ideas.
