Brief details of the event: CBSA organized B-Plan competition for students to showcase their creative and entrepreneur side on 1st May 2021. This competition facilitated the participants in many ways like honing their entrepreneurial and innovative skills, experience in creating a business model and writing a business plan, opportunity to sharpen organizational and communication skills etc.
25 teams from all departments (MBA, BBA, DCA and Commerce) of CBSA participated in the competition. These teams presented their ideas to the panel of 3 judges namely Ms Aaruni Batta, MBA Dept., Ms Tanveer Kaur, Commerce Dept. and Ms Heena Girdhar, DCA department. Learning Outcomes: Students gained in-depth knowledge related to entrepreneur skills and the selection of an idea. They learnt about the feasibility of the ideas and their profitability etc.
This event helped in attaining:PO1: To examine entrepreneurial strategies to explore new entry opportunities, methods of enhancing creativity and generation of ideas.
PSO1: To develop strategic understanding of fundamental principles of business and competencies in the area of accounts, marketing, interpersonal skills, human resource management and entrepreneurship.
