Brief details of the event: MBA Dept, Chandigarh Business School of Administration, Landran organized an expert talk in the umbrella of Varta series on “Problem Solving and Ideation Workshop” on 23rd September 2022. The expert for the session was Mr. Shrish Mudgal, Regional Head (Market Development), Business Standard. The objective of this session was to give students a brief about the idea of problem solving and importance of brainstorming for idea generation.

Learning Outcomes: Mr. Shrish started the session by explaining the students of understanding the importance of failures. He also focused on learning the importance to gain the courage to accept the mistakes and ask for help as and when required for acing the skill of problem solving. With the help of animated videos, he motivated the students towards never stop trying attitude and the adopting the skill of thinking out of the box. At last, he conducted a quiz for students and students participated it in actively.
Learning Outcomes: The students gained in depth knowledge about problem solving and thinking out of the box.
