Summary report of the event: MBA Dept., CBSA, Landran organized an Engaging and Innovative event āRock the soul in your roleā in association with National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) on 12th Dec., 2022. The honorable guests for this event were Mrs Renu RP Singh Chairperson Punjab Chapter, Mr. Ajay Bakshi Vice Chairman NIPM Punjab Chapter, Mr. SP Bansal NC member North chapter NIPM Northern Region, Mr. S.P Singh Bhalla, General Manager HR. The welcome address was delivered by Director Principal Prof. (Dr) Ramandeep Saini. The highlights of the event were:
Mr. Ajay Bakshi and Mr. S P Bansal gave a presentation on the NIPM Introduction and made familiar our student with the roles and responsibilities and the career growth in the field of human resources, they also guided our studentās, so that they can be the member of the studentās chapter initiated by the NIPM. After the presentation, Role Playing competition was started.
There were total 10 teams in the line up to compete with each other on the Themes āMoonlightā & āLay Offsā. In this event, the students got to know more about Moonlight and Lay Offās in todayās corporate scenario.
