Brief details of the event: Department of Computer Applications, CBSA celebrated “World Entrepreneurs Day” on 25th August, 2022. The aim of this event was to acquaint the students with the various facets of entrepreneurship as an alternative career option. The idea of organizing this workshop was to inculcate the fundamentals, key concepts of Entrepreneurship in Science and Technology among students. The resource person Mr Satwinder Singh Bhartiya shared his entrepreneurship journey and explained how entrepreneurs see a problem as an opportunity for business. Mr Bhartiya showed some videos related to the topic and also spoke about his startup and challenges he faced as an entrepreneur.
Student Feedback: Students found it very interesting, informative and helpful. They learned about the techniques of Entrepreneurship and key points to keep in mind during Startup. It was an interactive session where students actively posed questions and enquired curiously.

Learning Outcomes: Students felt motivated and got answers to various queries related to the entrepreneur and startups. They got the knowledge of the legal and ethical environment impacting business organizations and exhibit an understanding of the ethical implications of decisions. They also learned the importance of decisions taken, the time criticality and competitors strategies comparison with their own strategies.
