The MBA Department of Chandigarh Business School of Administration (CBSA), CGC Landran, Mohali organized an event on 22nd January 2026 featuring the MoU signing ceremony with Krisha Foundation, a SEBI SMARTs organization, followed by an Expert Talk on the SMARTs Investor Awareness Program. The MoU was signed to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and to promote initiatives related to financial literacy, investor education, and professional exposure for students. The collaboration aims to facilitate expert sessions, workshops, and awareness programs aligned with SEBI guidelines. Following the ceremony, an expert session was conducted to enhance students’ understanding of financial planning, capital markets, investor rights, and responsible investment practices. The session provided practical insights into investment awareness and emphasized the importance of informed and ethical financial decision-making. More than 120 students participated in the event, which significantly enhanced their awareness of financial markets, investor protection, and long-term financial planning. The program served as a valuable platform for promoting financial literacy and strengthening the connection between academic learning and industry practices.
