
The MBA Finance Club – Chanakya Neeti at Chandigarh Business School of Administration organized an event of RBI Awareness Program in collaboration with AXIS Bank and the Reserve Bank of India, Ombudsman on 30th July 2025. The session emphasized customer rights in banking; ensuring students understand their entitlements and how to exercise them effectively. Enlightening talk by Mr. Navin Kumar Adarsh, Deputy Banking Ombudsman, RBI empowered students with vital insights into financial rights, safety, and decision-making.Whereas, Mr. Lakshay Kumar, Assistant General Manager, RBI, delivered an insightful session that equipped students with practical knowledge on financial rights, safety protocols, and informed decision-making. Lastly, the speaker stressed the importance of financial vigilance in today’s digital era, urging students to remain alert, informed, and responsible while navigating the evolving financial landscape.To enhance engagement, the speaker also conducted a captivating quiz, testing students’ financial awareness, and distributed prizes to the winners, adding an interactive and rewarding touch to the session.
