Department of Commerce, Chandigarh Business School of Administration organized a Session on āSession on Effective sales and Marketing Strategies for Entrepreneurs/Startupsā. The session was conducted with the objective to nurture entrepreneurial thinking among students by providing them insights into the journey from ideation to creating a successful start-up. The resource person for the session was Mr. Navroop Preet Singh Shergill, Founder of for a cause NGO & Lafete charity exhibitions, Chandigarh who has extensive experience in supporting MSMEs, start-ups, and innovation-driven enterprises. His in-depth knowledge of financial ecosystems and start-up support mechanisms added great value to the session. He explained the importance of testing the feasibility and functionality of a prototype, using real-world case studies and banking sector examples. A Total number of 90 students from B.com participated in the session. The session received positive feedback from attendees with many appreciating real world examples provided by the speaker. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A where students raised practical concerns about market entry, funding challenges, and risk management.ker.
