Brief details of the event: Chandigarh Business School of Administration in collaboration with Perdana University, Malaysia organized two-days International Conference on the theme “Smart Computing Technologies and Business Management Strategies ICCTBM 2022”on 20th-21st January, 2022. The two- days online International Conference provided deep insights into several issues related challenges faced by recent Computing Technologies and Business Management Strategies. It also provided a platform for exchanging the technical knowledge among the experts from research and academia.
The keynote speaker for the conference was Ms. Zalina Abdul Rahman, Registrar, Perdana University, Malaysia. Ms Rahman shared her views and motivated researchers and delegates to contribute towards upliftment of society with various new trends and technologies.
Dr. Ramabhadran Thirumalia, Associate Professor, Deputy Dean of Programmes, Indian School of Business, India; Mr. Rohit Dhand, Assistant Director, Ernst & Young LLP, Canada; Dr. Randhir Auluck Head of School of Organisations, Economy & Society, Westminster Business School,UK; Dr. Surbhi Bhatia Associate Professor, Department of Information Systems, King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia were the guests of honor for two-days international conference.
The Chairpersons from various universities of different countries like Dr. Shakti Kundu, Associate Professor at Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan; Dr. Yogesh Kumar, Associate Professor, Indus Institute of Technology & Engineering, Ahmedabad, India; Dr. Sailesh Iyer, Professor and Dean, CSE/IT Department, Rai School of Engineering, Head, Collaborations and Tie-ups, Rai University, Ahmedabad; Dr. Parul Gandhi, Professor, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS), Faridabad; Dr. Sonia Mehrotra, Professor & Head - Centre of Excellence for Case Development S.P. Mandali’s Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research and many more delegates from various universities and colleges have contributed their quality research work and presented the same in different tracks of computing technologies sessions during the two-day international conference.
After passing through a rigorous round of reviews by organizing committee, out of 148 research papers received from different countries and 16 plus states of India, 105 papers have been accepted for presentation. Selected papers will be considered for publication in ABDC and SCOPUS indexed journals.

The valedictory ceremony followed the sessions wherein the Guest of Honour- Dr. Sy Bing, Choi (Associate Professor, Acting Dean, Head of School of Data Sciences, Perdana University, Malaysia) talked about the future of data science, decision-making era and IOT things. Dr. Bing also put light on better choice to make smarter decisions, business decisions and business analytics.
Response of the audience: Various participants shared their positive feedback about their experience in this conference. The conference was concluded with a cheerful note. Overall, it was a grand success.
