It gives us immense pleasure to share that CBSA hosted a 2nd Edition of WorkVision2022: Annual HR Excellence Awards of Northern Region 2022, an annual event of ASSOCHAM on 9th September, 2022. ASSOCHAM, in its continuous endeavors to encourage, support and applaud the efforts of industry in setting up world class Human Resource practices & enhancing employee productivity, is organizing the 2nd Edition of WorkVision2022 Annual HR Excellence Awards - the Central Theme: Innovative HR Practices for New Normal and Beyond across northern region.
This competition was divided into three categories specifically Management of Change & Excellence in HRM, Most Effective Recruitment, Engagement & Innovative Retention Strategy and Performance Management, Training & Development. Industry, Institutions and HR service providers competed and shared their success stories on HR practices, initiatives and HR innovation. There were five shortlisted companies namely Sanden Vikas Pvt. Ltd., CLAAS India, SupplyNote, JBM Group and Paytm were the participants of this competition.
