Brief details of the event highlights: DCA, CBSA, organized a virtual expert talk on topic āInnovation and Startupā on17th February, 2023. The aim of this event was to motivate and educate the participants about the Entrepreneur/Start-up of deriving the innovative ideas. The objective of the session was to share the information regarding the Successful Entrepreneur/Start-up founder to derive the solution. The expert of the session Ms Nitika Mishra Khurana talked about how innovation comes out to entrepreneurship by connecting emotions, enforcing standards, connecting with people and meeting with their requirements. Ms Khurana also restated the fact that if anyone is solving a problem and is passionate about it then that person is just a step away from being an entrepreneur. The speaker emphasized the role of technology in creating innovations. She explained the difference between Leaders and Managers, that how leaders innovate and mangers execute. She motivated the students to think out of the box, innovate and explore new possibilities.
Student Feedback: The entire hall was filled with a vibe of positive energy and enthusiasm. Students get familiarized with concepts which are capable of improving processes, bringing new and improved products and services to the market, increasing efficiency and improving a productās profitability.

Learning Outcomes: The main objective of this talk was to explain students about actual meaning of Innovation.Innovation means developing a new idea in coloration with the team members, identifying the need of customer. Students also learned that how sincere observation always helps in identifying the problems in the society.
