Summary report of the event: Department of BBA, CBSA, organized Induction program for the new batch of BBA students from 16 th to 22 nd July 2024. The main objective to conduct 6-days long Induction Program was to facilitate new students adjust and feel comfortable in the new environment, inculcate in them the valuesand culture of the institution and also break the ice between the students and teachers. It also helpedthe students to build bonds with fellow students and faculty members and also project out their hidden talents in front of everyone. Our students dived into an engaging sessions on time management, motivation, stress management, Management Games, TPP interaction, Importance of NPTEL/MOOCs & other certifications, New education policy, session on importance of Human Values, Art of Living, Importance of communication skills, Documentary on anti ragging, Interaction with alumni, among others. A short visit to outside college campus was also conducted for showcasing various places of interest, under the supervision of faculty members.
